After 25 years working across high-risk, complex operations, I’ve built my career at the intersection of safety, quality, operations, and human performance. My work spans construction, industrial electrical, renewables (solar, wind, BESS), manufacturing, inspection and testing services, infrastructure, utilities, and energy—across Canada and the U.S.
I’ve led safety and quality from the ground up: mobilizing projects, stabilizing operations during transition, building integrated management systems, and supporting leaders and crews where work actually happens.
